The World Drum at Ironbridge, Shropshire

Date(s) - 03/04/2013
11:30 am - 1:00 pm

Meet at 11.30am in the small square by the War Memorial by the town end of the Iron Bridge. The best car park is the ‘pay and display’ at the other end of the bridge. The bridge is now pedestrian only, so you’ll need to aim for the side with the car park and walk across. Bring your own drums to play along with the World Drum. We are bringing the World Drum here because its message is one of reducing and repairing the damage we are doing to our environment largely as a result of the Industrial Revolution, and the Industrial Revolution is widely credited with having begun at Ironbridge. Ceremony co-ordinated by Lorraine, with Elaine and Greywolf.
