I have started a Fitness Regime where I bought 2 20pd Dumb Bells and have been Exercising with them to stay in some form of Shape. Have taken to doing Sets of Dumb Bell lifts before doing to Bed and just as I wake up.

I have also taken to doing Lifts of sets of 15 Lifts just before Meditation Sessions and I put on my Meditation Music from this BDO Thread.

Just got back from a spot of Shopping, have done 15 Lifts of my Dumb Bells and am doing an Hour of Meditation. I think I will put on my Health & Healing Meditation YouTube this time.
