Now that I’ve firmly committed to this course I have a quick question: is it possible to email either pictures or a pdf to the main office versus mailing? It seems to be a more eco way to go but I’m happy to go the snail mail route as well.

Yes, it is possible and given the current health crisis, it’s probably the better option all round as well as being ecological. I’ve been scanning and sending stuff.
