Vitamin D does something to the human immune system, it makes the body produce a particular chemical which helps to fight the virus. I can’t remember what the name of the chemical is, but I take Vitamin D and other vitamins all the time and I only get mild cold symptoms, so maybe it does help. I also take Echinea with Vitamin C and Zinc, which I have been told is good.

Hi all. All of these things you are doing sound like very good advice. I will certainly be trying some of them. Thanks for the post. Stay safe and be well all.

I am a very new member – I joined about 25 mins ago – and this is my first post.

The videos are excellent. I loved the words on the video so I could join in with the chanting.

For my health I take a walk along the seashore and use alternative therapies (such as Bowen Therapy and Reflexology).

Thank you also for all advise offered.

            Cheers

            Linda

              Hi Linda.

Welcome. I very much like the idea of Seashore Druidism and I feel a strong connection with the sea and water. Thus far, I’ve been incorporating a lot of watery themes in my work, hence the reason I chose my Bardic name – Dowrgi – the Otter.

                Hi Dowrgi

Thank you for replying to my post. Lovely to hear from you. I love the otter too. In a charity shop I found a beautiful “Border Fine Arts” ornament of a “Kit Otter and Frog” – not usually a ornament person myself but felt drawn to it.

I loved the Seashore all my life – for pleasure and health.

                Cheers

                Linda

Thank you to everyone who has contributed to this post, It’s been wonderful to read through and gain some insight and knowledge. I’ve really enjoyed listening to the chants, Greywolf so much so I felt over come with emotion and a tingle under my skin. Apologies if too much information…A vibration and frequency I’ve not felt for a long time 🙂

I have hearing Radio Informercial Disclaimers saying that there is No 100% Guarantee that the 3rd Booster Shots that are for the Omicron Varian will be Effective and says that there are chances that it will make you Sick.

So I am Not getting the 3rd Booster! They managed to talk me into the First Two Vaccinations but I am Not getting the 3rd Booster.

I’ve had all three, so far, and I was okay. A little bit of a sore arm, high temperature and feeling of light-headedness with the first one for a day or two, but nothing I hadn’t expected; the second, hardly anything at all, and the third – booster – just a bit of a sore arm for a day or two, and nothing more.

When it comes to medical advice, I stick with what my GP advises me – she has a degree in medicine plus training and experience, I don’t.

I had a bad reaction to the second vaccine which lasted 6 weeks in total. I don’t have much faith in the medical profession they don’t always get it right. They left my dad with a a serious brain virus untreated for 2 weeks and said it was flu. He died. I knew he was dying and walked half a mile to the doctors surgery to get an ambulance for him and had to insist that they come out again to see him. They sent an ambulance and admitted him straight away. I was eighteen at the time. So I have no faith in the medical profession.

Doom and gloom again, sorry. I thought it might seem strange that I walked to the surgery but we had no luck over the telephone and I got in from work and saw the state my dad was in and just decided it would be better to go in person, to make sure some action was taken. I don’t know why I am justifying myself it was a long time ago and I believe that my dad is at peace now.

Over the Weekend, I got 2 Texts informing me that my Booster is available and to come in and get it and got One Email.

I am Not Replying and will now be seeing if they send the Robotic Police out after for me for Criminal Drug Evasion.

Hey guys, I’m curious, do you still believe in covid19 as a real disease? Or in transmissible “viruses” at all?
Surely its obvious by now that it was all psychological manipulation of a people/civilisation so disconnected from nature that it’s only response was obedience.
Terrain theory seems much more plausible than viral theory and aligns better with nature in my opinion.

Terrain theory was debunked in the late 19th century by Pasteur. If you look at the statistics, especially infant mortality rates, around the world prior to modern sanitation and medicines/antibiotics/vaccines, and sadly in many parts of the world today with poor access to healthcare and poor sanitation, I think it becomes obvious that germ theory denialism is flawed. Just think about it, in Britain hundreds of years ago, there was no industrial pollution, there were no vaccines/modern medicines, horrendously poor sanitation and levels of hygiene, everyone ate organic, mostly locally-sourced, food – they died in their hundreds of thousands annually of diseases that would be curable today.

With all due respect, I’ll stick with germ theories …

What about Covid is a matter of belief? Either people get sick or they don’t. They do. Either science identifies a reason why people are getting sick or it doesn’t. It has, it’s a virus and it’s designated Covid-19. I know many people who have caught it, many who are still catching it. I know a senior nurse who ran a Covid ward through the height of the pandemic. Many people died while tens of thousands of medical professionals struggled to work out how to treat it. She has had Covid three times herself. So has one of my sons. Are they and we supposed to believe that this was all some sort of illusion? I’m continually baffled and occasionally irritated by how many people seem unable or unwilling to grasp the blindingly obvious.
