Cerificate Download Problem

Hi

I seem to have a problem and cant download the certificate to PDF.
It downloads to notebook and displays Chinese writing or if I go to print it doesn’t display my name and also incudes additional writing around the sides.

If BDO could send me a PDF version to buildonbt@hotmail.co.uk id be extremely grateful or if the online problem could be resolved id also be extremely grateful.
