Tonight is the White Lady Full Moon and it’s Festival is Beltane which is the Time of the Cycle of the coming together of the Gender Polarities of the Male (Sun) and Female (Earth).
This Moon presents the Waxing Summer. This Moon’s Environment is fire. This is when Fire Making is Practiced and to think of how Electricity has replaced Wood as our Primary Source of Heating.
This is the Full Moon at which the Art of Listening is Practiced. It is incredible how much we Humans do not Listen to each others and do not appreciate the True Meanings of Life.
The White Lady Moon is when we consider how to express New Passions or how we Suppress our Passions.
This the Moon of Exploring the Willow Tree and how, at this Time of Year, the Trees & Plants are Singing Most Loudly.
This is the Moon Cycle when one finds and appreciates the thing that Amuses them and pay it Attention. At this Time of Year, I tend to look at my Favorite Park and start giving it Sacred Service.
Then this is the Moon that Focuses on your Human Intimacy and it is a part of Human Nature and how Sexuality can get so Complicated at times.

I am in Vancouver to attend to my Mother’s Memorial Gathering as she had recently Passed Away on last May 1st (which was Beltane).
The Memorial is Scheduled for today so I took the Picture of the Full Moon from the Parking Lot of the Hotel that I am staying at.
Yesterday, I visited my Father and today am attending my Mother’s Memorial Servuce.
When I get back to my place in Nipawin, I will post the Spiritual Aspects of this Full Moon frim Bobcat’s Perennial Druid E-Book.

Just got back from my 2,200Km Roadtrip to the Pacific Westcoast and back and am now posting my Picture of the Love Bright Moon:

Love Bright Moon is the Name that is used for this Moon.
It’s Festival is the Alban Hefin Summer Solstice which is the Longest Day of the Year even if it this Moontide is now spending Time preparing for the Solstice. For some, this is the easiest Moon of all. Energies are High and Days are Long which allow much to be achieved such as the Growing of the Fruits & Berries and endeavours to be Creative.
The Element of the Sun is focused on and thus the Element of Fire. Outsiders of Druidism may mistake Druidry as being a Religion Based Worship of the Sun. Our Ancestors in Druidry over the past few Hundred Years are focusing on their Learning upon the Patterns of Nature as the Sun is a Most Crucial Pivot in Nature as it is our Nearest Star with it’s Light & Heat allowing the Earth to have Life.
I revere this Sun in much the same way as the Ancient Egyptian Pharaoh Akhenaten once did and I like Celebrating the Solstice by having a Ceremonial Fire.
This is the Time of Year to start gathering the Early Harvest and I am looking forward to gathering the Berries from the local Saskatoon Patch into a Nice Wooden Bowl.
The Love Bright Moon brings the Medium of Perception of Seeing and finding Awareness around you. You go about Seeing the Clutter that we Live with such as the Skies, the Buildings and especially the Trees. As we See what we sense in the Outer Skin of the Earth and that it is made of the Cells, Molecules, Atoms, Electrons, Quarks and more. We all must be more aware of such Changes of the Earth. We all must acknowledge the Spiritual Essence of such things.
We now Identify Ouselves with the Sun being so High as it allows us to feel the Strength of our Vitality. We acknowledge our own Vitality about what Fuels it and what Drains it. What do we all do with our Energies. Allow yourself to Self Expression in the way that you Behave. We all should take Pride in the Creative Energies that we all Express.
The Environment is full of Petals and I had to rake up a bunch of Cherry Blossom Petals at my Aunt’s House the other day. Such Petals is the Avatar of the Fruits & Berries that are about to start Growing. It is also the time of Year to go off to the Countryside allowing your Soul to be Nourished by the Non-Human World which is one of the reasons why I Packed Up and moved to Rural NE Saskatchewan.
This is also the time of year that one takes Inspirational Creativity and do Encourage the Muse that one Created in the Previous Full Moon. This is the Time of the Year that we look at the Most Potent Word in Druidism: ‘The Awen’.
This is Full Moon in which we all Focus on our Social Contract of Humanity that surrounds us and how we all relate to the World. The Bright Sun & High Energy all too often Encourage Pride & Arrogance. Where we all lacking is enough Confidence to be Honourably Assertive. Aggression is sometimes used which gives rise fo Confrontations & Conflicts during the Summer’s Heat. Thus is is the time to Pause and become Meditatively Mindful.
The Ethics of Peace is the Phrase for this Moon not only in terms for Peace within Ourselves. When we see Conflicts of Others, we should ought to check our own States of Peace.
This is also Time of Full Moon that we all should Reflect on what we have all done in the past Month and I can Chronicle that I came upon the Humboldt Bronco Crash Site and decided to stop off to see how things are doing. I discovered that the Coach Darcy’s Wooden Cross had it’s Base gone Rotten and it had Fallen Apart. I got out my Magical Box of Useful Items and got the Cross Repaired. In the Past Month, that is my Most Prideful Thing that I have done.

Tonight is the Field Poppy Moon and I am afraid that there is a Major Rain Storm outside so that could mean No Fire will be possible for this Full Moon Evening. So I will probably being Burning Incense on my Sacred Altar.
The Field Poppy Moon is named that way as it Celebrates the return of Wild Flowers to the Fields of Wheat & Barley.
It’s Festival is Midsummer which is Traditional around June 14th. It is when the Waning Summer starts.
The Element is Fire and represents the Energy of Life. It is when we Contemplate about what is meant by ‘Spirit’. It is when that most Theologies consider whether Human Beings actually have a Soul. This is the Full Moon dedicated to the Perception of Life and how we are Alive amidst this Earth’s Profusion of Life.
It is actually the Time of Year that one can be Still and Alone as there is nothing to do now but wait for the Harvest. This is also Time of the Year to Nurture your Relationships with Creative Structure and look over your Poetic Proses. This is also the Moon at which we Meditate on Respecting the Rights of Others.

This is the Claim Song Moon and it is the Moon during which the Harvest is Celebrated truthfully acknowledging our own Investment in the Crops. Its Festival is Lughnasadh, Lammas Gwyl are names for this Festival Celebrated in around August 1st. It is to Celebrate the Wheat & Barley but I have been Celebrating it by Harvesting the local Rhubarb, Raspberries and Saskatoons and making Jam out of them. So far, I have made 10 Jars of Rhubarb Berry Jam so far. One considers what you personally can give in return for this Gift of Sustenance. This afternoon, I gave a couple of Buckets of Water to 2 Twin Deer Fawns who were in the Hot Summer Heat.
This is the Waxing Start of the Harvest which all are Dependent on regardless if one is residing in the City or not. Has there been enough Rain this year or not? What is the State of the Land? If you are in the City, take a trip out into the Country to a Sacred Site and sit yourself down to appreciate where your Food comes from.
Through each Moon, we have focused on different ways in which we have perceived the World and in this Moontide’s Focus is to Dance. We may think of Dance as an activity, but in Druidry, Dance is also a Medium through which we Experience our own Life and the World around use. That is not just about our movement, but about the way in which all of Nature moves. To what Rhythms is Nature Dancing? How can you improve the way you hear or feel those Rhythms? Listen to the Earth, to Gravity, to the Heartbeat of Life. Find a Deeper, Sacred More Meaningful way of Dancing.
The Element of the Claim Song Moon is Water. We have changed the Focus of Elements from Fire to Water and in this Moontide, we look at Water in Everything. Just as it is possible to see Earth and Sunshine in all of Nature, so it is possibl to acknowledge the Element of Water.
Scientists now Speak of the notion of Water having Memory to Homeopathy and other Natural Medicines thus is the True Spirit or Song of Water, how much of your Brain is Water, how much of the Earth’s Surface is Water. Be Aware of the Water in the Food you Eat with an understanding of where that Water came from. What about the Water you Drink – was it Bottled, Transported Miles or Drawn from your Kitchen Tap. What is the effect on your perception of Life with this consciousness of Water? How does Water change your Behaviour?
This Moon shows Humanity’s Connection with the Fluidity of Water. Druidry Teaches us that we are all connected through Blood, Stories, Breath, Love, Grief and Landscape, we are all linked to our Ancestors and our Descendants. Through Food, Tears, Laughter and Song, we are Linked to the Land & Seas. Through Energy and Consciousness, through the Molecules and Subatomic Particles of our being, we are Connected. It can be hard to imagine the threads that make up the complete Web of Life seeing them as currents within Water can be easierr. Similarly, when we are used to feeling the Threads Existent in Space, to shift that awareness to Water can also be a useful and potent change of Perception.
In the Environment we have Verdancy and the Holly Tree is noted by some at this time. Although Holly is not so prominent in the Forest or Hedgerows as it is in the middle of Winter when other Trees ae Bare, it is associated with the Harvest and Sacrifice. Can we feel that Link?
Growth is Heavy at this time of Year on the surrounding Farms of Saskatchewan. Soon, the Hints of Darkness and Decay will start creeping in. This is when such Feelings start. Leaves are Rotting underneath the Lush Green Growth, Petals and Fruit are Falling and the Fields are Newly Harvested. In terms of Trees, Plants and the Wild Creatures, they seem at their most Awake & Vibrant at this Claim Song Moontide.
Self Sacrifice is the Key Focus of the Claim Song Moon as we rise to Celebrate the Gifts of the Land, of the Ancestors and the Universal Deity. Yet the Word ‘Sacrifice has Negativee Connotions in Secular Modern Culture. Many Druids consider it to be a Key Part of their Practice. Talk to others in Druidism on the Traditions.
How do we define ‘Sacrifice’ in a Positive Way? As an Offering that you make during Thanksgiving maybe? Can it be the Taxes that we Pay to the Government, the Alms we Pay to our Temples or Donations paid to your Temples? Can such Gifts be simply Poems that we Write to be Recited to our Muses?
This is the Time to take account of the Ethical Donations to Charities that need our Support. Recently, I gave support to a local Connaught Fair that was held in the Area in which I made some Money doing Census Work last May & June.

This is the Morning of the next Full Moon and in Bobcat’s Perennial Druid Course tonight is what she called ‘The Green Still’ Full Moon which is between August and September.
It is the time of the Year that all Green Growth is now Dark, Thick and Heavy with all Fruits such as the local Saskatoons have Swelled, with the Earth being Dry and local Dragon Flies and Spiders engaging in seeking and devouring the multitudes of Mosquitoes.
It is during this Full Moon that we all start preparing for the upcoming Autumnal Equinox and that the Days are now starting to become noticeably Shorter thus bringing us closer to the Point of Autumnal Balance. I have noticed that the Leaves of the Local Saskatoon Bushes have started to Change and some are actually starting to Fall. The Natural Reliability of this time in my Life is the Fact that my Preserves of Jam and Stewed Tomatoes are all being successfully Pasteurized and being kept for my Morning Breakfasts of Toast & Jams.
This is the Season of Harvesting and that there is a lot of Blistering Hard Work. Once Gathered, the Harvest is then either turned over to the Land Owner or put up for Sale. This Moon has the Perception of Touch and brings about a Heightened Awareness of what the World feels like on your Fingertips, beneath your Bare Feet, upon your Cheeks and Lips and while Resting on your Belly. We all Explore sensations of Wet & Dry, Sticky & Slippy, Sun Baked Warm and Shadow Cool, the Prickly Thistles and Soft Moss and the Oak & Cherry Bark. This is also the time of our Self Harvesting from our Personal Community Gardens taking hold of the Raspberries, Green Peas and Lettuces that was Planted or Came Up by themselves last Spring.
The Element once again stays with Sacred Water and you are invited to Explore what happens when you are Thirsty and how the Powerful Craving is Ever-Present in many Desert Communities of the World. You are invited to find a place where Water is Scarce and go there and sit there. But in the Canadian Province of Saskatchewan, that is difficult as this is the Province of One Thousand Lakes and in this Hemisphere, finding a Desert is somewhat difficult.
This is the Moon when one reevaluates your Relationships of Humanity as a whole. What do we share with other Human Beings across the World? What we all try to share with others is the sense of Safety without our Democratic System that was founded with the Blood Sweat & Tears of the English Civil Wars and was actually founded with the Very First Democracies of Ancient Greece of Athens.
It is this Full Moon that the Environment’s Hazel Tree and its Nuts are Honored and such Precious Nuts are Food that is all too quickly Devoured by the local Squirrels. The Thistles are at their Height gloriously Spiked with their Purple Flowers which are visible in my local Landscapes along with the Saskatoon Bushes, Ground Strawberries, Pine Trees and Choke Cherries. We have an abundance of Deer, Foxes and Ground Prairie Squirrels about.
There is Creative Sharing during this Season and of course, there is the Preserves of Jams and Tomatoe Sauces that are made and distributed as Gifts at around Halloween Samhain and the Yule Winter Solstice Xmas thus helping with the Ethics of Generosity making your Preserves available to others as well as doing Service of some sort to others and for that, I did a small Repair Job on a Sitting Bench and got a Handle for an Old Axe Head that was found the other week. The Axe Head had a chunk of Old Handle stuck in it so I had to Burn that out and then install an New Handle onto it.
Thus is this Article about the Green Still Full Moon.
