Actually, there are a lot of resources you can now find free of charge and online. The Gerlyver Kernewek | Cornish Dictionary is online (cornishdictionary.org.uk), where you can also download a bilingual dictionary in the Standard Written Form (SWF) from the Akademi Kernewek. Kernewegva.com also has a lot of free materials, including podcasts/audio available online. You can also take a look at Go Cornish (gocornish.org) and Kowethas an Yeth Kernowek (cornish-language.org) also has a lot of resources.

Just one thing, you might notice a bit of variation with spelling/orthography. The standardisation of orthography in Cornish was/has been a matter of debate for a long time, and the materials you’ll find will inevitably show some degree of variation depending on which system they use.
