    Then there is a section on ‘Meristems’ which are Young Growing Shoots or Inner Bark of Plants & Trees and are recognized as being Very Nutritious. Thayer mentions the Japanese Knotweed which I just so happen to have Foraged from Byrne Creek Burnaby many times.
