On Page #280, I found the following Quote:

If we are only able or willing to identify ourselves as separate, competing human egos, we will not find Peace.

The only People who are capable of finding the Peace that our Bobcat writes about are People who have Good Well Developed Fully Functional PreFrontal Cortexes.

It is People whose PreFrontal Cortexes are Damaged or Not Fully Functional that are Not Capable of Realizing Such Peace as what Bobcat writes about here.
