Ariel FaolGrwywolf: I agree. I would further add that humans as we are known today (as opposed to when we dwelt perhaps in trees) do not go back even a million years. The standard wisdom, for what it’s worth, is that we only go back 300,000 years. This comes from a biologist with over 50 yrs research on human and animal evolution. He was also a teacher, so he had to know these things. As for who built the stone circles in Virginia, U.S.A. – as an American myself (born and raised), I don’t know of any Native American groups who would have had the technology to build stone circles nor do I know of any who actually built any stone circles and I’ve known quite a few N.A.s of all sorts who are spread throughout America. It’s possible but I’m not sure anyone really knows for sure.
