One of the most important things about Cooking is getting the Prep Cooking done before the commencing with the Recipe.
That involves Precutting all the Vegetables, Opening the Can Goods, Predefrosting the Meat Ingredients, Shredding the Cheeses, Slicing the Bread and Portioning Out the Spices. You also have to make sure that the Ovens are Preheated to the required Temperatures.
The better the Prep Cooking, the better the resulting Recipe will become.
For Precooking, you have to make sure that you have Sharp Knives, Graters and Chopping Boards.
Chopping Boards should be Wood. There are Plastic Chopping Boards but I prefer Wooden Chopping Boards. They are said to be more resistant to having Germs on them and easier to Clean.
You also have to make sure to have Oils, Butter or Grease to line Baking Pans to help prevent them from Sticking.
