If you read the booklets you will find that there are occasionally exercises which you are encouraged to do, at your own rate, which you can discuss with your tutor if you have one. This is basically how it seems to work, you have to spend your own time and effort at learning and develop your own knowledge and personal practices. The forum is a great place to discuss anything which you are not sure of as there is always someone around to respond.
