I have also worked it out that you can not Post Pictures or Links on the First Post of a New Thread.
So when I created my OBOD Installation YouTube, I did not Post any Links or Pictures in the First Posting.
I followed the First Posting, I then Posted the Link to the YouTube URL and Eveything Worked Fine.
Happiness to have Successfully Hacked Out how to use this Forum More Effectively.
