Privacy Policy

We at the British Druid Order sometimes need to collect and process some personal data from you. This information is normally required for us to fulfil our contractual obligations to you, i.e. providing you with course materials or products from our shop. In other cases we rely entirely on your consent to collect and process your data.

This information will be used by us solely to provide goods and services that we at the BDO offer and will never be shared with any third party. We do not use automated decision making and we generally retain information for no longer than is necessary to provide the service requested, although address information submitted to us via the store may be retained for up to six months in case we need to provide refunds or replacements. We also maintain a list of graduates from each of our courses so as to ensure proper progression through them. We also maintain a list of people who have signed up to recieve our irregular email newsletter.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) which comes into effect on May 25th 2018 your rights include:
